Re-packaging the landscape, visitor attraction opportunities and emerging food culture of north Devon and across Exmoor. Alongside design and art direction this commission included the management of marketing assets and publicity for over two hundred press adverts and listings.

Collaboration with a writer and a team of illustrators. I helped develop this experimental graphic novel, it maps one single event in the form of a stream of unconscious thoughts and documents. The finished narrative is presented from three different perspectives, sited in three different books.

Develop and refine an existing branding – bringing it up to date, reflecting on the expanding market and widening range of services that Buckland Timber provide. Marketing the previously undocumented engineering and design services which underpin Buckland Timber’s bespoke glulam manufacturing offer.

Developing content, organising programmes, discussions and events for the ambitious twelve-month festival – celebrating the beauty, usefulness and sustainability of wood and exploring its many uses in contemporary architecture and design.

An architectural commentary, built environment statistics and documentary photography record an evolving neighbourhood in Bristol.

This graphic treatment affords a platform to navigate the information. Affording a conduit, which acts as a catalyst for further debate and discussion relating to sustainable, future change.

Client: Bridgwater Arts Centre

Commission: Exhibition identity / Exhibition Graphics / Website / Art Direction

Working in collaboration with Juliet Bidgood (Architect and Urban Designer) as the exhibition curator and Chris Ford (web specialist) on the seventieth anniversary of the CIAM6 conference at Bridgwater Arts Centre.

Using references directly sourced by Juliet from the Swiss archive I developed a brand and graphic identity, which anchored the CIAM6 exhibition communication strategy, conference and public engagements.

Commission: Exhibition graphics / Wayfinding / Education and Interpretation

On a number of different occasions I have been commissioned to develop wayfinding strategies, education and interpretive materials for exhibitions at both Tate Britain and Modern. These include: James Gilray (the Art of Caricature), Thomas Girton (The Art of Watercolour), J.M.W Turner (Clore Gallery) and a number of permanent exhibits throughout the different galleries.

The development and implementation of a bespoke brand identity and marketing strategy for Host – a business hub offering space for meetings, conferences and exhibitions. The identity had to work across diverse media including on-line, print and three dimensionally on way finding and signage.
